As an affiliate (not a paysite), I'm providing a service and getting paid for it, so I need to create the invoice. I need to put the customer's (Verotel's) company name, address, and VAT ID on the invoice. You don't provide Verotel's VAT ID last I heard, which is a problem for EU affiliates.

Another option would be that we create a number of invoices for each payout - splitting each received affiliate payout to originating paysites' parent companies. This would be complicated, would puzzle the accountants as it's Verotel sending the money. And I don't think you supply these companies Name, Address, and VAT ID with each payout either.
