You fund and arm Bin Laden to fight Soviets in Afghanistan in the 80's while at the same time arming and training Saddam Hussein in a decade long war with Iran. Gone to war with an ideology not an army and more recently funding and arming the rebels in Syria who have become now become ISIS. Notice a pattern.When you dont have a damn clue what your doing, dont do ANYTHING.
