I think he needs to look up the term scammer, I sent him what he paid for and he turned it into a huge mess with paypal and now here, I guess he thinks I own the post office and we teamed up to scam him, and he refused the package not once but two times,
I scammer would have just taken his money, sent nothing and closed out his paypal and been gone
I think he just changed his mind about the deal or something, So just refused the package and never thought the package would get lost and paypal would side with him, He was already demanding a refund before the package was refused on the 8th, SMH
