Anyone noticed? Streamate/Mtree Vs Google for whitelabel 'thin content' penalties in search ranking:
Complaint:

This is in November 2013, Streamate (ICF) complained (asked damages) about Google sending to thousands of whitelabel affiliates the notice of "Webmaster or Quality Guidelines" violation, "thin content". Also defamation because Google mailed all those affiliates who freaked out.
But, on 20th Dec 2013, judge didn't care to proceed injuction:
ICF Technology, Inc. v. Google Inc., No. 2:2013cv02068 - Document 28 (W.D. Wash. 2013) :: Justia
Because, Google made nothing wrong or unwarranted... whitelabels are "thin content" according to Google guidelines and Google just done his job.
