well my idea is simple - got an app which watermarks by floating current watching vid user name watermark. Got a black list for the thefts cards. so when you find your vid stolen , you put the card of the user in black list.
This is general idea around credit cards black list. floating stuff is not great thing to have on your vids so we need developers to make something would show who was that guy and make world wide black list base.
