This is all just such bullshit. They are claiming "The Supreme Court cannot make law". Correct. Instead, the Supreme Court decides how the laws are applied when a dispute comes up. The highest court in the land has decided that gay marriage is legal, and that is that. Anyone who fails to obey this.... goes to prison. Which seems to be the case here.

How is this woman still in office? She is an elected government official, who is sworn to obey the law.... Her religious have nothing to do with this. If her religious beliefs conflict with her doing her job, she needs to quit her job.
