They jailed her and her deputies complied with the law -- the federal judge has released her on condition -- she was jailed in contempt of court

She goes back to jail if she fails to comply. If she has a problem with this because of her morals she can resign. She took an oath as an officer of the court -- this is not up for debate -- period
