I am pretty sure the question is how much for a hooker, but it might be a specific kind and only a Colombian could tell you. the ñ is often typed as just n since few can be bothered with alt-164 especially if they don't have a 10 key keypad. So it could be monita, (literally little female monkey) or moñita which, as others have said means bow-tie. Doubtless this is slang for something, I do not know what and only a Colombian can tell us.

EDIT: Just spoke to a Colombian on Skype, it's monita and it means a blonde. - so Latinacamchat anwered correctly a while back.
