You got it Lenny. For the guys that were quadruple billed, i went in gave them all 100% refunds, cancelled their membership and gave them 3 free months on the house. I'm not going to take a chance with a chargeback and want to make sure these guys are happy.
I understand mistakes happen. We all do. The thing that is really bothersome is when we are not contacted about a mistake. Had ibill email/called us and said look, we screwed up bad and double billed everyone, we want you to know so you can be prepared with your members. That would be cool. At least we'd be prepared. Instead they keep mum about it and we find out thru our clients. They are too concerned with their public image and not about their clients. As a result nobody new uses them and existing clients are getting fed up of their BS.
