I was in Vancouver with my asian friend, and an asian driver cut him off and he blares out "STUPID FUCKING ASIANS LEARN HOW TO FUCKING DRIVE". Does that make him a racist?
People during road rage are in just that RAGE. They do, act and say a lot of stupid things. People who would never dream of acting out violence in their "normal" day-to-day sometimes act very very differently on the road.
It would be different if there was no pre-requisite to the crime. If the accused simply was walking around beating people thinking they are arab.
You're going to tell me this guy was driving around, peeking into windows while cutting random cars off waiting for a bin laden look-a-like? That doesn't even sound plausible.
