Gearing up right now to do it for adult products. Hired 3 people this week for niche adult traffic.
Track, track, track, (I like to use promo/coupon and even QR codes) but be aware that sometimes it is very hard to measure the brand-ability value against direct sales.

You do it all yourself? It's pretty time consuming, yes? I tried doing everything (design, development, marketing, etc) myself, and it just became an insurmountable task. One thing I've learned is that just because you can do everything doesn't mean you should.
If you don't do it yourself, do you use a company or person?
