My income has risen a lot faster than the economy but most wages in the USA have become stagnant. That explains all the ass-kissing of the progressive candidates. Property values here have only recovered 70%-85% but in other places 90% to 110%.
Keep your illusions of "Empire" in your imagination. I was in London last year I saw what is going on with my own eyes. If you ask me the whole world is on a spiral to the lowest common denominator everywhere.
You cannot build a wall to keep that out because you cannot build walls with gun towers -- someone will always be shooting back.
