I think the odds have gotten greater of nuclear armed terrorists.
The USA should make clear that any nuclear terrorism will result in total retaliation against all targets of opportunity indiscriminately -- the whole world goes up in a fireball including ourselves.
This coincides with Israel's Sampson Option -- they will fry everyone they can even if it means their own demise -- Iran knows that this is their official undeclared policy.
There are too many nuclear players that are not stable countries.
Too many might become suicidal. Disarming is a pipe dream.
