What I have read is that 30% of Internet traffic is porn. This is not the same as 30% of websites are porn.
According to a Forbes article written by Julie Revolo and intitled How Much of the Internet is Actually for Porn (since I'm new, I'm not allowed to put a link):
"In 2010, out of the million most popular (most trafficked) websites in the world, 42.337 were sex-related sites. That's about 4% of sites."
