umm, no. USA is not responsible for what's going on there. it's weird you start yapping about educate then don't have an idea at all about when the civil war started there and why. and you completely wax over the fact arabs have been killing each other for thousands of years before USA was the USA.
heads-up, Syrian civil war started way before BO decided to finally help the rebels. and the refugees from the civil war started way back in 2011. again, before BO decided to half-assed try to help the rebels. now it's a catch-22 for him, continue helping the rebels, which also helps ISIS indirectly, or switch sides, fuck the rebels, and partner up with Russia to defeat ISIS/keep Assad in power. all because BO did not do anything in Syria for quite a while, google it yourself.
