Actually Ruth, I think you and Chris are indeed the
only decent support there. The ticket support I ever had there was atrocious, and honestly, infuriating at times. Frankly, if it wasn't for you and Chris actually forcing real responses to queries versus the canned responses from your ticket support, I'd have never continued with Paxum as long as I did.
That said, I'm actually surprised that anyone would disclose usernames and passwords in ANY instant messenger, or other insecure platform -- especially one involving money.
