They combined the trials, his attorney told him to plea because he's fucked and Donny fired him. That's the way that I see it went down. I don't give him credit enough to have planned anything. But that's probably his thinking now. And I'd bet if he does make it that far representing himself something will happen before they put those girls on a stand in front of him. Way too much could go wrong even outside of emotional and psychological breakdowns.



Both felony charges but nothing near as serious as what Donny is facing. In my cases after they saw what I did to the cop and the judge during preliminary they dragged it out nearly 2 years making offer after offer (that I kept shooting down) trying to keep from going to trial because they knew they couldn't control what I may or may not do in front of a jury. Also it's real easy to make up a story when you are talking to a third person but it's not so easy when you have to look directly at that person. I'm not saying that these girls are lying. I am saying that the cop was in my matter and why they couldn't let it go to trial.
