Yes, because I have never heard anyone say such a thing is a civil right. So if what you are saying is true, then it should be very easy for you to cite some source to back up your assertion. That's if you did not just pull it out of your ass.

Yes it is in the public interest, because that "liberal agenda" was in-acted by politicians who the public voted for. if you do not like what the politicians in-acted, then vote in different politicians. Or take it up in the court system. if you lose on both grounds, then tough shit for you.
