Rural parts like central Florida is redneck and migrant workers. Along the Gulf of Mexico, it's over priced and populated with shitbags and old folks. The housing market is rising to where no one can buy a house unless it's in a shitty neighborhood or a trashed foreclosure. The people are fucked up and aggressive. Junkies and bums. Bums flock here because it's warm 350 days a year here and cities cater to their bullshit needs. Especially the drunk bastards who are a menace. They help them out before anyone else. Heroin and fentanyl are killing people left and right. So if you're a junkie, you'll be dead within a month with bad shit going around. Oh by the way it is as hot. No relief unless you own a pool, or live near the beach.
It's strange. My ex is from Jersey. So I would vacation there and NYC. This may be odd, but the people up north were friendlier and less aggressive than the people here. Especially Camden NJ. I drove around there and it's shitty but the people were in survival mode and less aggressive than the dread heads here. So, with all that said. Do not move here and buy land in Georgia.
