Russians can't feed their populations as is......bread lines, people fighting for clean water, heat you name it. It's so sad putin has brainwashed his own people to this extent. Hell they can't even maintain the nuclear arsenal they used to have. Latest UN estimates have their stockpile at something like 30% functional. They just lost the contract from the french gov't today to sell them two large warships to eqypt of all places LOL.
