I felt one start early this week, and seem to be holding it at bay for now- I hope so as doing a triathlon tomorrow!!

I'm glad to hear that it's one of the most painful things ever, as I wouldn't want things worse than that. Naproxen is another one which I'd personally try to avoid due to the heart risk. I used to be able to get rid of it in the early stages by wiggling my toes for an hour or so, that's before I realized what it was.
Do you find that doing sports makes it more/less likely?
