A pigout every now and again on za was nothing at all.
Btw not all pizza is bad for you. It's either greasy and loaded with cheap ingredients swimming in saturated/trans fat or you're buying from a place that uses quality stuff, fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms, real actual cheese, quality meats that aren't oozing oil, grease, fat etc.
You pay extra but it's so worth it.

'back in the day' we didn't eat it a fraction as often so your exercise comparison is out the window. you can exercise twice as much you said you did and can't burn off that much sugar in a single day. add in hyper sugared drinks and desserts with every meal and its even more impossible. kids need to get more exercise, no doubt, but that is not even close to a solution.
