UPDATE:
On Thursday Sept. 17, this model agreed to reimburse some of the money I lost when she flaked out on the photo shoot. She said she would send Paypal on Monday Sept. 21.
Sept. 21 came and went...nada...she pulls a vanishing act act once again.
