Actually we have a product that does exactly what you want. It's called Miricam, and it lets you stream from various locations and display all streams on a single page, kind of like a security-cam monitor.
We had developed it as a social media platform but unfortunately it never took off, so we stopped selling it and repurposed the servers for other things.
At this point what we will probably do is sell the source code to anyone who is interested in running it and wants to expand on it, but we have not set a price yet.
