A huge recliner with cupholders.
I have never seen those in real life but whenever some US reality show is on fat people all have them. Often with matching huge couches. The fabric or imitation leather is always smudged from greasy hair and sweaty limbs.
Cupholders, something you will only find in some cars in the rest of the world, are integrated in these huge things so you don't have to reach to a table near you and break out more sweat causing smudges. These cupholders are also often being used as the go-to place for a TV-remote covered in skinflakes and grease.
Just an observation.
