It was retaliation for Serbian TV that didn't want to air 6 hours of NATO program during day, that was requested from USA during war time.

Anyway, I just wanted to post video immediately after explosion but it was not possible to find it in 10 minutes of search and it was available all around before. Perfect example how medias are controlled when you have a puppet regime on power.
