I didn't get your "joke" again. Maybe because I can't step down to your level... California is not in Russia (learn the geography already) so we have no problems with water here. I pay about 30 rubles (less than half of a dollar and it's the higher price in Russia) for a cubic meter of clean water. I'm using that water for washing only because I prefer to drink the bottled one. Now tell me how much do you pay for water?
