7 day notice to any Elevated X users who have not yet been upgraded:
According to JW they may shut off unpaid players in 7 days on October 15th.
If we (Elevated X) don't receive your support request by Monday, we can't guarantee we'll be able to swap out your player by the 10/15 cutoff. Please get in touch with us ASAP to make sure you avoid any problems with your video players.
