and dont be afraid of partnerships (with the right people)
nobody does things by themelves.
typically when models want to do their own site, they accept no help besides tips/advice maybe. sadly a model does not have the infrastructure/affiliate database/marketing experience to do things on her own. the biggest part of a model owning her own website is to get the majority percent, to have the domain in her name and be in control of decisions. it doesn't mean you have to do every step yourself. accept help frmo the right people
even big companies have all types of partnerships, whether its billing, cam solutions, cross promotion, third party applications, you name it.
dont discount marketing and affiliate prorams. a large percent of alot of money is better than 100 percent of alot less.
