Bosnia and and the US have slightly different populations in case you didn't know. Also you're comparing the rape of criminals versus women and children. What does the war not taking place on serbian soil have to do with anything? By that logic, the US has no responsibility for what happened in Iraq or Afghanistan. The Hague seems to view Serbia's involvement in genocide and mass rape slightly differently then your history books show :D
