It has everything to do with the process, we're doing more than any other country. And we are suffering for it.
It might also be pointed out that here in the US, the real reason the GOP wants them out and the democrats want to let in more is because of the electoral college. Here's a good article to explain it to you.

BTW, IQ stands for Intelligence Quotient, it's a mathematical equation where your mental age is over your chronological age. So if your IQ is only double digits, that means you are not as smart as the average person your age.

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
