Presently the population of the US is 321 million with a workforce rate at 62.6 % ( a 38 year low) which means we have a workforce of 200.9 million people.
So the present administration took office in the middle of a bad recession that was over 5 months after he took office, 600,000 less people are working now and we have 14.2 million more people.
I'm sorry but this shit is not working very well. We need a change, not the change that Obama delivered on and not someone with the same ideas for a better America. We need someone that going to rattle the cages.
And before someone comments on me always hating anything Obama has done, I'm not, I'm arguing on something he hasn't done! Jobs! Also I might add, the median wages according to a recent census has gone down since he took office and the murder rate in major cities has gone up. Food stamp usage has gone up and the homeless numbers have grown.
I'm not entirely behind Trump, but at least he's addressing problems that are real and getting the message out about he will fix them, maybe not with all the details people want, but it's a start.

Demographics might be the answer. The baby boomers are retiring and it is a big bump in the stats. It is going to get worse not better.
