Be very careful with this - it's only feasible if you have a REALLY good team. In fact, you would need to do something more along the lines of setting up an office and hiring a team yourself so you can actually control the quality. It's ultimately you that is responsible in the client's eyes, and good programmers are really hard to come by and IT salaries are going.
I would say don't bother with this though...that ship has sailed already. We're based in Poland - which you'd think would be cheaper as it's central/eastern europe - but the salaries *good* programmers want are starting to catch up to Germany.
