Let's imagine what would happen if China went to war with the United States. Instantly, all trade between the two countries would stop. Instantly. Americans would no longer be able to buy their crap from China. Money would stop flowing into China, and the United States would be forced to produce it's own crap. Businesses in China would close, and people would loose their jobs. In the mean time, in the United States, we would have to start producing our own stuff again - new businesses would open, new jobs would be created, and American money would stay in America.
This is why China - the only country in the world with the military might to take on the United States - will never ever go to war with the United States.
