I was reading through the lawsuit. I found some interesting points. One is for each violation they're asking four hundred and $150,000. To they're actually saying that they own some of the content because they own those studios. So they're coming from the point of view as the content creator. So with that in mind. If mindgeek is successful with this lawsuit against the two tube sites. They might end up opening the door for all of the other companies to sue all the other tubes sites. This should be very interesting. Because what has not happened is enough lawsuits to really determine what the law is and give precedences where people can site. I dare say that this lawsuit might backfire. And create a way for people to stop tube sites.
