I wouldnt be surprised if it settles out of court and truth be told I expect it will. but I applaud every single dime that someone takes from them, what goes around comes around...
In truth I think a few people are finding Mindgeeks REAL weakness...consider:
if you think porn is their primary business I have some prime swampland in Florida to sell you
a product that has NO inventory
a product that they can manufacture at will with no parts
a product that they can sell at any price they choose
hundreds of shell companies in havens like Seychelles, St Kitts, Cyprus, Dublin, Hong Kong
a loan from wall street to the tune of 350M +
a long string of companies that they purchased that are tanking...look at Playboy radio...they went from being a fairly well ranked Sirus/XM Radio station to being an internet radio station lucky to have a dozen listeners at any given time...Sirius/XM actually KICKED them OFF the station and took back their frequency (which was right next to Howard Stern), Digital Playground, Wicked Pictures web properties...everything they touch turns to shit except what they steal
and all the while AVN and XBiz kiss their asses
what does that spell to you?
To me it says moving massive amounts of money on an international level and you mark my words, I will live to see the day when they go down for it.
The last thing Mindgeek/Manwin/Mansef/whatever they call themselves these days want to do is be forced to open their books to scrutiny, and they WILL pay to keep from having to do so, and mark my words if those books every get opened there will be a LONG string of indictments
