Okay, I apologise, I didn't read the OP properly.
I would absolutely advise against using the same IP for adult and mainstream, because your domains will be listed by the many "profile" sites which have appeared in the past 10 years. Many will just list what is on the exact same IP, but some may also list sites "near" the IP that is being queried, so sticking your adult sites on X.X.X.1 and your mainstream sites on X.X.X.2 may not be such a good idea.
That's one thing I like about OVH - when you "buy" an extra IP, you're assigned a random IP from their pool. The only way to determine that two completely different IPs are hosted on the same machine is to do further prodding, and even then you wouldn't be 100% sure.
