I just want someone who is willing to go the extra mile. I'm not about to drop 100 bones on someone who isnt willing to push to the next level.
This could be a position of a lifetime for someone. Merely working for a well known person like myself will boost someones grade through the work.
Normally I'd expect someone to do it for free but I'm not cheap.
