I always said if you required at least a Bachelor's degree to even be considered, it would cut down on almost all of the bullshit we're experiencing. You need at least a Master's degree to even fill out an FBI application.
The more work someone puts into gaining a position, the more respect they'll have for it. Easy come, easy go.
