If you click the link he has posted, you'll see that a price of those ugly (let's face it) 61 square meters apartments in Yaroslavl (250 kilometers northeast of Moscow) is 5M rubles which is equal to over than $80K USD ($1311 USD per each square meter). And that's after the denomination of ruble (a couple of years ago its price in dollars was twice more). Now imagine an average American citizen who has such money in his pocket. Why in the pocket? Just because it's the price you can buy that apartments for cash only.
