No, the only connection to my sister would have been from phone records. I haven't spoken with my sister in over 7 years on that phone number and there are no email or other connections, like public data -- I own property she is on no deed, etc, that would connect the dots. I have to "family or blood relation" Facebook friends -- intentionally.

So if I am right; this data came from retained telephone meta-data that is over 7 years old. The NSA is lying about destroying data but that is not surprising is it?

Facebook has access to government data somehow -- their other suggestions have some network explanations and are expected. Since I have multiple accounts at Facebook I will duplicate the event, the recovery phone number change, and see if that triggers the same suggestion -- when I have some time -- this is trivial but good background information on Facebook and the US Government.
