I presume that was meant to be "no" family or blood relation friends. I'd say it would still be possible for FB to have a good guess at your family relationships, or at least that you're a part of the cluster that your family members are contained within, because they have so much information on so many people's social connections. This would work even if you used a completely ficticious name and were careful about not friending them directly.
Assuming you are using your real name, and were not estranged from your sister from the day you were born, you must have shared an address and other data at some point, before your lives diverged. I read in a book that a mother of two had varied results with data brokers, but some of them were able to give completely accurate information, including her dorm room number from years back.
