Yep, my kids college prep school tuition is 10 times what average russian makes a year. He has good odds of making it to Stanford instead of spending 5 years in Moscow Institute of Cow Milking in order to avoid mandatory military service. He will start off with 100K job upon graduation instead of living with his parents in 2 bedroom apartment and working for peanuts. God, I wish I lived in 1st world country like Russia.
