There's no reason why someone with a nick of less than 1 month old should be able to make unlimited amounts of posts. They need a new algorithm strategy - how about limit like this:
< 1 Yr Old = 2 post per day
1 to 2 yr old = 5 post per day
> 2 Yr Old = Unlimited post per day
