At this stage of the game, everything causes cancer. Scared of tap water causing cancer? Drinking bottled water to fix that? Well the PCB's in the plastic bottles causes cancer. Cancer is all around us. The only way to avoid it is to live in a Hyperbaric chamber, eat only raw vegetebles you grow yourself in your own shit, and drink water you evaporate from rain water. Oh, and stay naked because apparently some fabrics are cancer-causing as well.
