Basically if you're a straight white male with college or if they like you, then you're in. If you're a woman or man of color, or can speak Spanish then you're catered too. You can be a Spanish speaker with a GED or have minor misdemeanors and be hired. White male one fuck up, you're disqualified. Some minoriries can fail field training repeatedly and eventually slide through. Straight white male, you're done.
