That more or less sums it up. Except for the part that the student was disrupting the class and depriving other students a chance to learn. She will plead innocent victim to all this and today's PC society will be on her side. The lesson learned is one can disrupt and deprive others from anything she chooses.
In my day my father would have punished me again.
However the policeman should have arrested her on the spot, disorderly conduct or similar, then he can use force to remove her.
End of story she's abusing a taxpayers benefit of free schooling.
If my daughter did this she would be in deep shit.

This is reinforcing the lesson that she doesn't have to strive to be better. What should happen is she's on welfare and forced to work for the money. Sweeping the streets, cleaning graffiti, etc.
The PC liberals will complain making her work is degrading, as if living on benefits is something to be proud of.
