I think we all agree that the female should have left the room and not doing so led up to this.
However, hardly anyone thinks that was a proper use of force on a small female.
It's not proper use of force on a male student either.
Bottom line : he didn't have to throw her across the floor by her hair.
That was just for "punishment".
