Totally agree on this too. Your back/shoulders/arms look sick after doing a ton of pull ups a day. I would say the only thing missing here is (dare I say it?) squats. Nobody likes them, but they seriously SHRED weight and also up your strength and stability. NEVER SKIP LEG DAY!

For me it's been heavy deadlifts. I squat too, but if there was only one exercise I could do, it would be deadlifts.
