HELL NO! Yeah, it's only $5, but for shits and giggles, I hired a company to do a logo. Prior to that, I didn't think it was possible to design a logo in MSPaint.
EDIT: If it's just a "throw-away" logo for like a feeder site, nothing you're trying to brand, then yes, Fiverr is where to go.
